- Service User – any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
- Electronic Communication – Communication between parties via electronic mail (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website.
II. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the operation and use of the Service, and specify the scope of rights and obligations of Service Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
- The Service Provider's services consist of providing free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Users to access content such as posts, articles, and audiovisual materials, or web applications and electronic forms.
- Any content, articles, and information containing features of guidelines or advice published on the Service are merely a general collection of information and are not directed at individual Service Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Service Users.
- The Service User assumes full responsibility for the manner in which materials provided within the Service are used, including their use in accordance with applicable law.
- The Service Provider does not provide any warranty regarding the suitability of materials placed on the Service.
- The Service Provider is not liable for any damages incurred by Service Users or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risks associated with the use of the Service, and in particular with the use and exploitation of information placed on the Service, are borne by the Service User utilizing the Service's offerings.
III. Conditions for Using the Service
- The use of the Service by each Service User is free of charge and voluntary.
- Service Users are obliged to familiarize themselves with these Terms and Conditions and other documents forming an integral part thereof, and must fully accept their provisions in order to continue using the Service.
- Service Users may not use any personal data obtained from the Service for marketing purposes.
- Technical requirements for using the Service:

- any web browser that displays websites in accordance with the standards and provisions of the W3C Consortium and supports websites provided in HTML5,

- To ensure the security of the Service Provider, Service Users, and other Service Users of the Service, all Service Users should adhere to generally accepted network security principles,
- Actions performed personally by Service Users or using software are prohibited:
- without written consent, decompilation and analysis of source code,
- without written consent, causing excessive server load on the Service,
- without written consent, attempts to detect security vulnerabilities in the Service and server configuration,
- attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software onto the server and into the database that could harm the Service's software, other Service Users, or the Service Provider,
- attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software onto the server and into the database that could track or steal data of Service Users or the Service Provider,
- undertaking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service, or preventing the fulfillment of the Service's purpose.
- In the event of detecting the occurrence or potential occurrence of a Cybersecurity incident or a GDPR violation, Service Users should first report this fact to the Service Provider in order to quickly resolve the problem/threat and protect the interests of all Service Users of the Service.
IV. Registration Terms and Conditions
- Service Users may use the Service without the need for registration.
- Service Users must be registered and have an account on the Service to use additional services provided on the Service, which are only available to Service Users after logging in.
- Registration on the Service is voluntary.
- Registration on the Service is free of charge.
- Each Service User may have only one account on the Service.
- Technical requirements related to account registration:
- possession of an individual e-mail account,
- Service Users registering on the Service consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider to the extent they were entered into the Service during the registration process and their subsequent changes or deletion.
- The Service Provider has the right to suspend or delete Service User accounts at its sole discretion, thereby preventing or restricting access to individual or all services, content, materials, and resources of the Service, particularly if the Service User violates these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable laws, principles of social coexistence, or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider or other Service Users, the legitimate interest of the Service Provider, and third parties cooperating or not cooperating with the Service Provider.
- All Service offerings may be changed in terms of their content and scope, added or removed, as well as temporarily suspended or access to them restricted, at the sole discretion of the Service Provider, without the possibility for Service Users to object in this regard.
- Additional security rules for account usage:
- Registered Service Users are prohibited from sharing their account login and password with third parties.
- The Service Provider has no right and will never request a password for any chosen account from a Service User.
- Account Deletion:
- Each Service User with an account on the Service has the option to independently delete their account from the Service.
- Service Users can do this after logging into the panel on the Service.
- Account deletion results in the removal of all identifying data of the Service User and the anonymization of the username and e-mail address.
V. Newsletter Service Terms and Conditions
- Service Users may use the Service without needing to subscribe to the Newsletter.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter service is voluntary.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter service is free of charge.
- Technical requirements related to the Newsletter service:
- possession of an individual e-mail account,
- Newsletter Service Terms:
- providing an individual e-mail account in the electronic form,
- verification of the provided e-mail account by activating the link sent to it,
- consenting to receive e-mail notifications,
- Scope of the Newsletter service:
- notifying about new updates, posts, contests, and other promotional activities related to the Service's offerings,
- notifying about promotional activities of Service partners (Marketing messages),
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service:
- Each Service User subscribed to the Newsletter service has the option to independently unsubscribe from the Service.
- Service Users can do this via a link included in every e-mail sent.
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the removal of the provided e-mail address from the Service Provider's database.
VI. Communication Terms and Provision of Other Services on the Service
- The Service provides services and tools enabling Service Users to interact with the Service in the form of:

- In case of contact between a Service User and the Service Provider, the personal data of Service Users will be processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy", which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Conditions for placing content by Service Users on the Service:
- It is prohibited to post content on the Service that is offensive or defamatory towards the Service Provider, other Service Users, third parties, and third-party entities,
- Users are prohibited from placing textual, graphic, audiovisual materials, scripts, programs, and other works on the Website for which they do not hold a license, or whose copyright holder has not consented to free publication.
- Users are prohibited from placing vulgar, pornographic, erotic content, and content inconsistent with Polish and European law on the Website, as well as links to pages containing such content.
- Users are prohibited from placing scripts and programs that excessively burden the server, illegal software, software used to breach security, and other similar activities on the Website, as well as links to pages containing such materials.
- Users are prohibited from placing marketing content and content advertising other commercial services, products, services, or commercial websites on the Website.
VII. Collection of User Data
To ensure the proper provision of services by the Website, to protect the legitimate interests of the Service Provider, and to ensure the Website's compliance with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain User data via the Website.
For the proper provision of services, the Website uses and stores certain anonymous User information in cookies.
The scope, purposes, methods, and principles of data processing are available in the appendices to the Regulations: “GDPR Information Obligation” and in the “Privacy Policy”, which form an integral part of the Regulations.

VIII. Copyright
- The Service Provider is the owner of the Website and its copyrights.
- Some data published on the Website is protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties, in no way affiliated with the Service Provider, and is used under obtained licenses or based on a free license.
- Pursuant to the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright Law, it is forbidden to use, copy, reproduce in any form, or store in search systems (with the exception of Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn search engines) any articles, descriptions, photos, and all other content, graphic, video, or audio materials found on the Website without the written consent or consent conveyed via Electronic Communication from their legal owner.
- In accordance with the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright Law, simple press information, understood as information itself, without commentary or evaluation by its author, is not subject to protection. The Author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts published on the website, but not copying entire articles or parts thereof, unless otherwise indicated in the specific material made available on the Website.
IX. Amendments to the Regulations
- All provisions of the Regulations may be unilaterally amended by the Service Provider at any time, without stating reasons.
- Information about changes to the Regulations will be sent via Electronic Communication to Users registered on the Website.
- In the event of changes to the Regulations, its provisions come into effect immediately upon publication for Users who do not have an account on the Website.
- In the event of changes to the Regulations, its provisions come into effect after a 7-day transitional period for Users with accounts registered on the Website before the change to the Regulations.
- It is understood that any User continuing to use the Website after the Regulations have been amended accepts them in their entirety.
X. Final Provisions
- The Service Provider is not liable in any way, except as permitted by applicable law, for content transmitted and published on the Website by Users, including its truthfulness, reliability, authenticity, or legal defects.
- The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Website's services are offered continuously. However, it bears no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Users, third parties, or the activity of external automated programs.

- The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in whole or in part, any of its rights and obligations related to the Website, without the consent of or any possibility for Users to object.
